Take a walk, get a drink, or just stretch your legs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Say thank you.<\/strong> Being positive boosts your energy level. Regularly express appreciation to others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reduce interruptions.<\/strong> Perform tasks that need concentration away from phones and email. Instead, designate specific times in your day to respond to messages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do what you love.<\/strong> Understand where your strengths lie and what you enjoy doing.
